remote connection (RC) adalah penyambungan pc ke pc melalui rangkaian internet bertujuan help & support.

dengan adanya RC, anda boleh control pc kawan anda yang bermasalah. Anda akan nampak skrin pc kawan anda tu....

dengan syarat anda dan kawan anda guna Windows Messaging (dan telah mendaftar email hotmail) untuk buka RC.
